4. Third, talk about your future academic (in the department) goals. Connect your interest to your future academic goals. Wherever you are going, there is a professor doing what your are interested. Include researcher professor’s name in the statement. It shows you‘ve done your research and you are serious about the application. (future in the program)
5. Forth, connect your short term academic goal to your long term goal after graduation. Show your ambition.
6. Fifth, thanks and anticipation. Praise the school. You should remember the school is in the city. Talk about the department, the school and the city.
